the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in my room it also included a hairdryer the en-suite bathroom was spacious and very clean the menu had a varied selection for the evening meal. the hotel permits guests to choose their breakfast preferences each morning this differs from hotels requiring selections the night before.
during my stay i noticed a persistent squeaking sound originating from the top floor it occurred throughout the night this noise was quite disruptive to sleep.

the room was clean the furniture looked new and the bed was comfortable there were ample pillows the air conditioning worked well maintaining a consistent temperature.

the staff was generally helpful and provided quick responses to requests i made the front desk was available 24/7 and resolved issues promptly the restaurant service was attentive throughout meal times.

i found the parking very convenient and accessible. the staff ensured smooth check-in procedures. the room had a functional writing desk, which i appreciated. the bar area had comfortable seating and it offered an extensive whisky list.
the walls seemed THIN , and i could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.
